Qualifications

Candidates for Project Manager position must have a minimum of 4 years PM experience in Telecommunications and MDU work. Must have a strong understanding of all safety issues and practices. Candidates must also have the ability to work professionally with others such as Supervisors and General Contractor's PM. Looking for a PM with a sense of urgency and a desire to meet all production goals.

Other Requirements

Project Managers will have use of a company truck, tools and gas card.

Job Description

Project Managers are W2 Full time employees of BCTec.
PMs are to arrive on site each morning 15 minutes early to assess that day's work ahead of the MDU crews and meet with General Contractor's PM to discuss any changes or issues.
PMs are responsible to report all production from their crews each day, as well as QC the work that has been completed, and ensure any failures that did not pass quality control are corrected asap. PMs will also submit weekly production targets for the upcoming week and monitor production in order to hit those targets.
Oversight of MDU construction crews to ensure compliance of all specifications set forth by the customer at all times.
