Qualifications
Trade School or Comparable Certifications, High School Diploma. 1-3 years related employment experience. Dish or triple play experience preferred. Headend and OSP experience is a plus.

Job Description
• Performing onsite customer installations and repairs while adhering to the Company’s quality standards, policies, and procedures. Using a courteous and professional approach to address customer questions and concerns; discussing equipment placement, cable routing, etc.
• Completing all installation and repair ticket in, detailed activity log, and other reports/documentation
• Establishes service by studying system requirements;completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing work order tickets, audit reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Ability to analyze and define problems; organize and prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines, and remain flexible
