TelCom Construction is an established national underground utility contractor with growing market presence within the telecommunications industry headquartered in Clearwater, MN - we are looking for motivated employees to join our team! We are currently hiring for full-time Operators to join our team Spring 2018.

Position
We’re looking for Underground Utility Construction Operators who are ready to roll up their sleeves and who want to make a difference by building tomorrow’s Utility Infrastructure.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Operating equipment such as backhoes and directional drills.
Site restoration
Cable handling
Locating utilities
Digging trenches
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating backhoes, skid steers, tractors, cable plows ,directional drills and/or asphalt preferred
Must be able to meet physical requirement of the position
A satisfactory driving record is required.
Class A CDL is a plus (Higher wage scales apply to CDL holders)
Travel throughout the Central US corridor is required on a weekly and/or 10 day rotation basis.
