Must have all your own equipment to place poles and transfer cable,new strand, coax, lash, splice, test. Must have all your safety gear and be able to operate 100% safely at all times. Must have Commercial GL, Workers comp etc...

Must be reliable and ready to work, Must know what you are doing. Quality of work will be verified.
