Need to have experience in new build FTTH. Ability to travel when needed. Knowledge of RUS builds is a plus. Clean driving record. Must know how to turn a computer on and use email.

Company will provide vehicle or make arrangements for you to use your truck.
Job Description
Work days and hours:
• Typical work days are Monday – Friday. Saturdays are required when crews are working in the field and you are assigned to them or you are on a rotation that requires you to work Saturdays due to the rotation schedule.
• Typical hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm (Supervisors required to stay in field after 5:00pm if the crew is still working on site)
Daily Task:
• Starting at 7:00am the supervisor is to contact all crews assigned and confirm that crew is in route to the job site.
• When crew is confirmed, the supervisor will meet them in the field and go over the plan of the day with all crew members to insure the objectives are known and any safety concerns are addressed.
• Supervisors will let the crew set up and then ride through the work zone to insure all signs and traffic control is in place.
• As work is being preformed by the crew the supervisor will over see the work and insure that the structure is being built per specifications.
• Supervisors with multiple crews will perform the following task in a timely manner for each crew.
• Review all billing invoices from each crew assigned when turned into the office. Responsible for checking the accuracy of the BOM’s, Daily Cover Page is complete and has correct information, and all maps are clean and legible. After reviewing the invoice, the supervisor will sign off on the Daily cover sheet and place in box to be processed.
• Required to turn in crew locations for the next day by 4:00pm. Location for the crew will require Work area, Map number, Street location, and what structure is being built.
Position Duties:
• Managing locates for any crew assigned making sure all locates have up to date tickets.
• Report any safety issue to the PM.
• Provide support if needed, to any crew assigned within reason.
• Checking all permits required for work site.
• Insure all crews have the proper design maps for all work assigned.
