Job Description and Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for collaborating with NX Utilities Survey Team and their customers to coordinate site surveys of businesses, condos, and apartments and submit a complete survey package.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



Obtain all pre survey paperwork, NAP location, site maps and easements

Route and schedule Field Survey Team to meet scheduled appointments

Review, submit and complete all necessary paperwork from Field Team as required

Update tracking sheets and planning documents

Produce status updates for each project via daily, weekly and monthly reports; communicate updates at required customer meetings

Respond to inquiries related to schedules, appointments, and project status

Identify any issues or obstacles impacting deliverables and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles

Other duties as assigned

Experience in construction related field

Experience interpreting construction/contractor blueprints and design maps

Experience with installation of cabling or wiring on new or existing work sites

Experience in a customer interfacing or project coordination role preferred

Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong understanding of wiring schemes and applications of the construction of utilities

Basic understanding of CAD software

Highly organized and detail orientated

Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems, make effective decisions, and act with integrity

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing

Individuals must have a valid driver's license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions

Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes

Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces


Education:

High school diploma plus 1-3 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
