Job Description: To perform general labor and site utility work in a construction environment as necessary for commercial or residential construction projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist crew lead and/or local field management in construction work
Operation of compressor and missiles
Responsible for directional drill crew locating
Install pedestals and vaults
Assist with the handling and placement of conduit and cables
Load/unload equipment and tools
All other duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. plus 1 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
1+ year of construction, maintenance, or labor experience
Proven knowledge of locate markings
Ability to read and understand customer construction and permit drawings
Knowledge of traffic control and lane closures
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Individuals must have a valid driver's license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
