Qualifications
Contractors must have own tools and equipment. Must be able to pass background check. Proof of insurance. CDL a plus. Locates and operates horizontal directional drill in accordance with blueprints and designated plans.
Follows all safety guidelines.
Other Requirements
Fiber optic placement OSP. Telecommunications construction experience. Underground pulling experience a plus.
