Qualifications
The Project Supervisor is responsible for the end to end implementation of fully executed service agreements in the assigned field. The Project Supervisor is a multiple project management position with direct accountability over project and responsibility for crews and subs assigned to the project meeting objectives.
Job Description
Must know cable TV construction, both underground and aerial, 5 years experience or more in supervisory field a bonus, must know how to use a computer and be able to communicate with our customers in a friendly manner. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must have a valid license.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Understand, train and enforce proper documentation of pay activities (Daily reports, QC Subs work and invoicing, time sheets, etc.)
Ensure Field employees have the proper tools, training on tools, and safety gear to succeed at all times
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project
