Pay
Highest rates in the industry. Performance based and incentive driven structure for exceptional compensation for top performers. Average pay $2,500+++ per week for top performers.
Qualifications
* Experience with DISH Network or cable related field preferred, but not necessary. We will train individuals with potential willing to learn a good and lucrative profession.
* We are looking for highly motivated, well spoken individuals with good interpersonal and technical skills.
* Qualified candidates must have a positive attitude, excellent customer relations, and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Other Requirements
All sub contractors must pass industry-standard full background and drug screening.
* Sub-contractors must have their own reliable and presentable white vehicle (SUV, truck, van)
* All sub-contractors must have their own installation tools, Super Buddy satellite meter
Job Description
Dish Technicians are assigned daily routes in a selected territory.
Techs are responsible for:
· Completing site surveys
· Installing satellite equipment,
· Educating customers on use of DISH Satellite TV services.
· Improve customer service experience through goods and services.
Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Satellite TV Installer/Technician will have the following:
High energy, strong multi-tasking skills, basic computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge, strong customer service skills; good personality and friendliness,
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard.
Cable industry experience is a plus.
