Piece rate, top dollar for experienced crews. $750 a day to $1k plus is very doable for motivated workers. Plenty of work for over a year.
Qualifications
SEASONED SPLICING CREWS ONLY! Must be very comfortable mid entering cable up too 288ct. Must be comfortable working from ladders to dress and hang enclosures. Must have good understanding of cut sheets and following blue prints, fiber testing and trouble shooting.

Other Requirements
Core alignment splicing machine. MIN 28 foot fiberglass ladder with hooks. OTDR isn't necessary but helpful. Contractor must carry their own general liability, auto and work comp.
Job Description
We are constructing FTTx networks in rural NY. All aerial locations, cables come to the ground. Must be very comfortable with ring cutting dielectric cables 12-288. Mostly rear easement or street side. Hiking in to some locations required. Very good money to be made $750 to $1,000+ a day for motivated workers.
