Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

•Support Project Management through full life-cycle cable production.
•Lead, manage, and develop front line supervisors to instill a culture of
accountability, integrity, and project excellence.
•Build business relationships, service client needs, and foster a partnership
with CableCom clients.
•Ensure all business operations are completed in accordance with customer and
industry specifications. This includes ensuring that all employees working on
project are working safely and productively.
•Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations.
•Perform audits of business and/or constructions operations to ensure work is
being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe
work practices.
•Resolve any escalated complaints with property owners in areas where our
personnel are working.
•Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work
hours, complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built.
•Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate
material usage counts.

Minimum Qualifications

•5+ years of experience in project management
•Possess computer skills sufficient to allow for input and tracking of
spreadsheet data bases and extensive correspondence with customer
representative via e-mail
•Ability to direct and manage project workloads and schedules to meet all
contractual requirements and customer dictated schedules and commitments.
•Capable of performing the physical tasks required in this position for the
entire assigned shift.
•Possess a valid Driver’s License
•High School Graduate (min) with verifiable industry experience in CATV system
construction methodology, OSHA/regulatory knowledge of industry and personnel
management experience.
•Must be able to pass background and drug screening
