Qualifications
Must be able to work six days with an average of 60 hours per week; including weekends. Pass a national criminal background check, have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen. Must have the proper training to install and troubleshoot video, data and voice services.
Other Requirements
Criminal background check and drug screen required. Must have GL/Auto/WC insurance. Vehicle leasing options available. Cable meter will be provided if needed. Must have a smartphone with internet for work issuance.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
-Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs of residential cable product and
services.
-Responsible for proper installation and removal of aerial and underground drops,
coax outlets, and CPE.
-Must be able to maintain strong performance metrics on service on install,
repeat on service, on time guarantees, whole house check, customer surveys,
quality and other performance metrics.
-Manage, track and organize client equipment (CPE) and small parts.
-Must be able to account for the usage of all equipment.
-Carry out all work performed in the safest possible manner; following all OHSA
and industry safety guidelines and requirements.
