Preferred Skills & Certifications: • Assist Lineman from ground to move and relocate line service • Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines • Underground work as needed and directed and as trained • Flagger Certified for field work as needed, highly desirable • Ability to troubleshoot RF and Fiber line and or equipment issues • Vehicle and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment as directed and certified
