Qualifications
Must have knowledge of computer systems and software.
Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with telephone communication construction.
Must have previous project management experience.
Must be able to read field prints.
Other Requirements
Valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Job Description
Function as focal point of contact with customer.
On Site Management of construction crews oversee all project activity and personnel.
Review and understand all project documents including drawings, contract and scope of work.
Oversee construction planning/execution/quality.
Ensure construction complies with contract requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Communicate with management and customers as required.
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
