$28 per hour. 40 hour work week. Company vehicle and phone provided.

Qualifications

Minimum two years experience in CATV. This is a PERMIT COORDINATOR position. Must be familiar with township, state, and local permit procedures.

Other Requirements

Must have a clean driving record, be able to pass a background check and pass a drug screen. Must have neat, clean appearance

Job Description

Permit coordinator needed in New Castle, DE and the Philadelphia area of PA.

1. You must have minimum of two years experience in the CATV industry. Must be able to read system prints and draw up permit plans when necessary.
2. You must understand permit procedures at the township, state, and local levels. Right of Way procedures and an understanding of easements is a plus.
3. Must have good written and verbal skills as you will be interacting with state and local officials.
4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Excellent data entry skills are a must with this position. Heavy data entry on a daily basis.
5. You will need to provide daily updates on all projects via a tracking spreadsheet.
6. Construction knowledge of aerial and UG CATV procedures is required.
7. Site meets are required on most jobs so you must be able and physically fit enough to walk for prolonged periods of time.
8. Must have good time management skills along with excellent organizational skills. All deadlines must be met in a timely manner.
9. You will report to the Permitting Mgr on a daily basis.
