Job Description
Underground
NGM a growing utility construction company is looking for locators and operators in the MO, Southern IL, Western KY and Southern IN area. All applicate must have a valid and clean driver’s license, clean criminal back ground, able to pass drug screening and have no DUI’s. All applicants must be self-motivated, goal driven towards success and have a professional appearance and attitude. Locators and operators must be able to complete quality coax and fiber construction, have CDL, read system prints, own their hand tools, complete quality restoration and be able to complete projects in a timely manner. We will train the right candidate that have operated underground ground equipment before directional drill, excavator, trencher and etc. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and available to travel throughout the week if needed. NGM provides truck, equipment, main tools, gas card, lodging, completive pay structure and the ability to be part of a quality driven family. Pay is a fixed hourly rate with a production incentive program with a bi-weekly pay structure. We currently have year around work.
