NGM a growing utility construction company is looking for aerial lineman and groundsman in the MO, Southern IL, Western KY and Southern IN area. All applicate must have a valid and clean driver’s license, clean criminal back ground, able to pass drug screening and have no DUI’s. All applicants must be self-motivated, goal driven towards success and have a professional appearance and attitude. Lineman must be experienced and able to complete aerial coax and fiber construction, read system prints, own their hand tools and be able to complete projects in a timely manner. We will train the right candidate for a ground man positions. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and available to travel throughout the week if needed. NGM provides truck, main tools, gas card, lodging, completive pay structure and the ability to be part of a quality driven family. Pay is a fixed hourly rate with a production incentive program with a bi-weekly pay structure. We currently have year around work.
