Qualifications
Must have all your own trucks, equipment, safety equipment, tools, required insurance and experienced crews ready to get to work. Coax splicing ability is a huge plus, but not required.
Other Requirements
AT&T and Spectrum projects is the majority of the work. Prior experience with their practices and requirements is preferable.
