Job Description and Responsibilities :
The Operator 1 is responsible for running a variety of equipment related to underground construction in accordance with company policies and safety related procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operates mini excavator, skid steer, and drop trench machinery
Responsible for equipment maintenance per service requirements and safety guidelines
Organization of materials and other resources is necessary to complete excavation requirements, which may include basic hand tools
Ensure Company assets are properly and continuously maintained in good repair and secured in a safe manner
Maintain customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns as well as answering questions
Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations
Requirements :
