That’s right, you hear me. Most contracting companies say stay away from you. You hook and book, sloppy work, false billing and bad with customers. Then if you get busted you pack up and ride to some other part of the country.You know what we say? Their loss, our gain. Yeah, in the modern world of technology you got your metrics, NPS and every other way for you or your numbers to be tracked smacked and sacked, fired!
Listen, we have gone back to basics-simplicity and here it is. I’m going to pay you The Highest in the market. We also have bonus programs. You will be treated with respect.
What you’re going to do for me is meet or exceed metrics, nice looking white cargo vans or truck, tools and let’s go to work. Oh by the way, after 60 days if you meet the metric threshold, I’ll put $1000 in your hand and men we’re talking only running 5-6 jobs a day and have a comma in your paycheck every week. Now is that simple enough???
