Experience in CATV Aerial/UG and MDU Construction project supervision and management. MS Office Experience!! Ability to organize, direct and maintain multiple in-house and sub crews daily. Ability to communicate with customer representatives in a professional manner. Complete detailed QC reports each day about operations and results. Other requirements as needed.

Must have a clean DL, Background check, drug test Prior to employment! Splicing, balancing and activating coax plant. Be able to read maps. Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs.

Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including, but not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work; QC’ing Sub performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work with senior staff to maintain and grow the forward production while making sure the previous projects are 100% completed and proper paperwork is completed and turned in to the correct coordinators and staff. Assist with plant activations and splicing. MDU project oversite.

Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines which may Include working long and unusual hours.
