References preferred with work history. Must have Virginia Contractor's license. Looking for long term commitment. All work will be monitored and inspected. Must have sufficient Work Zone equipment at DOT specs, signs, cones and flaggers. Work will be a mix of urban and rural locations. The jobs are of varying size and scope throughout Virginia.

Must provide all equipment necessary to perform all facets of aerial and underground construction. Must have hydraulic/compressor equipment for setting anchors. No anchor crankers. Timing and coordinating is critical, as all work is deadline set.

We want to establish long term working relationships with the best contractors. This is a high profile customer with a lot of work, that respects the people in the field and appreciates a job well done. The environment is of teamwork and enjoying our craft work like it used to be.
