Hourly pay rates are negotiable.

Qualifications

Expected to have at least a minimum of 5 years in aerial construction and some knowledge of ADSS fiber placement. Class A CDL preferred. Need (1) Foreman/Crew Leader (2) Linemen/Line Equipment Operators & (1) Groundsman/Laborer

Other Requirements

Company truck and tools will be provided, pending MVR and background checks. Daily per diem provided. Hotel paid by the company.

Foreman -

Leader of crew, in charge of getting work assigned to employees in the group, insures that all work performed in the group is done safely and keeps everyone moving to accomplish the task. Helps to train employees to be able to move up to the next step in their career. Takes care of all paperwork, reviews timesheets, marks up as- built prints. Makes sure equipment and tools are accounted for, well maintained, and safe to use. Must be willing to travel.

Lineman/Equipment Operator

- This person is responsible for directing and helping to set up safety signs and any traffic flow changes to accomplish the task at hand. They will be responsible for the operation of the trucks or equipment. He or she will do most of the bucket work or operating of the equipment to accomplish a task. Inspect the equipment in the morning to insure it is ready to work safely for the day. This person will perform all other duties as assigned. Must be willing to travel.

Laborer/Groundsman/Flagger -

This is an entry level position. What is needed is a willingness to learn, be able to take instruction understand and execute the task as directed. This person should be willing to advance, and take on more and more responsibility as he or she is trained and before moving to the next level should be proficient in helping to set up a job. Work in a safe manner. Check stock on the truck making sure that the crew will have enough material on the truck to perform the day's work. Assist the lineman/Foreman to perform a pre-survey on the truck or equipment to insure that all lights and all safety features are working. If anything is found to not be in working condition then it should be reported to the foreman before the equipment leaves for the day. Must be willing to travel.
