*Valid driver's license *Proven customer service skills and a strong work ethic *Open to the possibility of working overtime, weekends, and some holidays. *All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Contractors are required to have there own vehicle and trade tools.
Job Description
Basic Installations of cable, internet, and phone.
Disconnects, reconnects, service upgrades and downgrades, for residential single family, multi-family and/or multi-dwelling units.
*Ability to install and/or repair cable TV, High-Speed Data or Digital Services inside and outside of residential and commercial buildings.
*Perform upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring and dwelling installations.
*Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals and other cable system devices.
*Measure, record, and determine cable signals.
*Troubleshoot existing services and elevate installations based on quality control standards.
*Maintain, secure and account for equipment inventories.
*Prepare regular, accurate, legible, and timely cable system records.
*Accurately educate customers on the use and functions of their services.
*Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety practices.
*Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and peers.
