EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • One year as an OSP Engineer or Walk Out Engineer experience drafting aerial and underground cable plant.• High School Diploma or GED.• Valid Driver's License.• AA Degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any equivalent combination of education and experience - Preferred but not required.

Job Description
UTILIGI Communications, LLC is currently looking to add a full time Outside Plant Engineer position to a Pacific, WA office. The role of the Outside Plant Engineer (OPE) is to help define a build project from job definitions, network integration needs, tie-in points, overall path planning review to include pictures of site, node integration and area resources. In addition, the OPE will help drive the project through the system for final development and budgeting as well as support the design team with project detail, images and additional research.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for the knowledge of outside plant design and the designing of an outside plant work orders. • Provides field support to the outside plant provisioning process. • Responsible for the various communications outside plant engineering concepts, such as, fiber optic cable and coax cable. • Coordinate field work and the preparation of work order drawings.
