Qualifications
Experience with UG & Aerial Coax Construction with a focus on MDU new build & rewire and single family new build. Coax Splice and Activation Experience. Familiarity with Charter / Spectrum Construction Practices. Field experience is a must. Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug testing. Must possess a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus - not required). Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs.
Job Description
The primary role of this position is to oversee technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is being performed to company quality and safety practices. The Supervisor is responsible for coordination, delegation, supervision and quality control of onsite work. Supervisor will survey locations, identify permitting requirements, trouble shoot on site as necessary, perform QC, verify as-builts and provide weekly reporting to corporate management.
Other Duties:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Make certain in-house employees have the proper tools and safety training & gear to ensure their safe completion of all projects.
Perform company vehicle / equipment maintenance & safety inspections
Professional and timely communication and coordination with our customer
