The qualified candidate must have at least 3 years experience in building aerial strand and fiber. Must have the experience and ability to climb poles when necessary, perform pole transfers and do make ready work. Must have a VALID drivers license. Must be able to pass pre employment drug test.

Must have own hooks and climbing belt.

The position is for an aerial lineman to install strand and fiber optic cable. We also occasionally install underground fiber in existing duct.Must be willing to help with whatever work is necessary to complete projects. The qualified candidate must be able to work well with others, have at least 2 years experience, be able to lift at least 75 pounds. Most work is done from a T40 bucket truck but must be able to climb poles when necessary. Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions. We prefer to hire a long term candidate that will grow with our small company as it grows. After 90 days we provide company paid medical, dental and vision coverage. Hotels are paid as travel is REQUIRED. Candidate MUST have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug test. Safety is very important to us, candidate must be willing to follow all safety regulations. Pay is hourly and we deduct all taxes and provide W2s. We are NOT storm chasers and outage junkies.
