Must have experience with Permitting and the Permit Application process Strong communication skills and follow up.
Team player, self-motivator and independent worker.
Attention to detail.
Ability to interact with clients, state officials, vendors, other departments and senior management.
Ability to handle multiple projects & tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Basic understanding of telecom network routing, proposed pole line, and/or underground pathways.

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to identify, plan, review, sketch and acquire municipal and agency permits for the proposed installation of cable and fiber optic networks in conjunction with client, agency, and our staff collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Outline proposed telecom network cabling and gather all necessary information to complete comprehensive drawings, applications, permits and other associated paperwork in order to gain approval from all project shareholders. CAD drawing will be completed in our office with existing staff.
Develop and implement best practices for the most accurate and least intrusive methods for applications, installation and possible maintenance applications while adhering to Company and municipality supplied criteria and specifications
Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project
Identify easements and work with customers, Telecom and our CATV Design teams, to resolve and solve issues in the field to ensure project deliverables are met
Interface with local, city, and state officials to obtain documentation and information needed to develop a strategy that will allow for working in rights of way and easements
Other duties as assigned
