Job Requirements
A good work ethic.
Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Valid US Driver's License.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
The ability to work safely, with or without supervision.
Ability to operate equipment, including, but not limited to a trencher, backhoe,excavators, directional drills.
Foreman must be knowledgeable with all typical safety procedures and apply them at all times.
Foremen and Supervisors must have the ability to manage and direct an UG crew.
Supervisors must be responsible for managing multiple crews and sub-contractors, procurement of tools and equipment, and ensure work orders being performed are to Quanta standards.
Aerial positions require knowledge in building strand, lashing/over lashing, pole transfers, vertical grounds, and building and repairing aerial telecommunication lines.
Work outside in all types of weather.
Prefered Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Commercial Drivers License
Flexibility to travel
