This 3 year project will be in the Dallas metro area.

Pay
We will be paying for each make ready attachment and the strand and fiber will be by the foot. We will pay every Friday after the first week and partial payments will be accepted with marked work prints.
Qualifications
All workers must be able to pass a background check, drug test panel, and must be a legal citizen. Must be familiar with AT&T make ready locating down on the pole to make ready for Verizon strand and fiber. Must be able to read the TRC make ready reports and prints. Most of the work will be on busy streets and highways with long runs. Verizon experience is a major plus. You will be required to take pictures and mark prints.
Other Requirements
You must have your own trucks, tools, people etc. You must be very familiar with MUTCD traffic control set ups and will probably need light boards. The fiber reels will be on large wooden spools so be sure to have a trailer or truck that can handle that.
Job Description
You will be required to read and understand the TRC reports that will tell you where on the pole to lower and relocate AT&T facilities to place strand and fiber between AT&T and CATV. Must be able to read prints and mark prints. Some easement work may be required as well. Knowledge of MUTCD traffic control is a must. Hardhats, safety vest and name tags will be required. There must be at least 1 English speaking person on each crew at all times.
