Qualifications
Aerial plant experience, familiarity with telco/CATV identification, previous experience with surveying utility poles.
Other Requirements
Must provide your own equipment. Height stick/CVT, smartphone, range finder/wheel, vehicle.
Job Description
Seeking an individual to verify locations of utility poles requiring transfer of telco facilities. Information will be recorded on a personal smartphone or tablet on a company provided application. information gathered at each site will require the following information at each site:
-Pole Tag information
-Pole Height/Class
-Photo of new pole at location
-Number of telco drops to transfer
-Span distances from new pole
-Attachment heights up to/including lowest power attachment.
NOTE: If you have a CVT for O-Calc, a clear photo with the CVT against the new pole is an acceptable replacement for measuring attachment heights.
