Fiber splicers need to be well rounded splice test will be conducted knowledge of splicing and color codes will be tested. Bucket trucks for Virgin Islands with all tools of the trade .

splicers need : launch cord , core alignment splicer , fiber identifier , OTDR, power meter ,light ability to detach and replace aerial fiber terminals
