Looking for full time techs for DirecTV in MINNESOTA, ASAP!!!
Starts
End of december or after the holidays. So basically right away!
Pay
Pay rate is $20 + per hour. Materials are also paid for as well as insurance for your vechicles. We need full time techs who are looking for a career and a great paying job.
Qualifications
Having experince in the cable and satellite field is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person. We also do exceed, Hughes Net and Comcast.
Other Requirements
Having a white truck or van a plus but not required, but what is required is either a van or work truck. No cars. Werequire you have a ladder. We will provide other equipment that is needed for the job. Having a satellite meter like a bird dog is a plus.
Job Description
a satellite TV installer attaches, connects, and repairs equipment that delivers television signals to service subscribers. The satellite TV installer determines where the satellite dish should be placed on the exterior of a building for optimal reception, attaches and grounds the dish using appropriate mounting hardware, and ensures proper connection with a receiver box placed inside the building. The receiver box translates the satellite signal and interprets viewer commands.
Once the equipment is installed, the satellite TV installer shows the customer how to use the receiver box and remote control. Weekend work is common, and many installers are expected to provide their own tools and transportation to job sites.
