Overview
PRG is seeking a talented, experienced, and driven Project Manager to join our team to assist in an OSP Fiber project in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
The position will manage the implementation of Residential installations and activations among post-sale groups including Design, Construction, Engineering, Materials Management, and Operations. This position will be the primary point of contact for the customer post-sale and manage small contractors and a small team of construction coordinators. Responsibilities include:
Driving projects to completion and meeting activation schedules.
Coordinating and scheduling cross-functional groups.
Reporting project / departmental results to senior management
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
10 years in the cable industry
5+ years in cable construction/project management
Strong fiber background
Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-site projects
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Working knowledge of Bentley / AutoCAD
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must have own vehicle in acceptable condition (to be determined by hiring manager) - mileage reimbursement will be paid at the standard Federal rate.
