Qualifications
5+ years of verifiable experience in CATV Const Management, MS Office Experience!! Ability to organize, direct and maintain multiple in house and sub crews daily. Ability to communicate with customer representatives in a professional manner. Coordinate with company and subs about work completion and future work so there is no lag in production. Complete detailed reports each day about operation and results. Other requirements as needed.
Other Requirements
Must have a clean DL, Background check, drug test Prior to employment! Vehicle is provided, Health, life, dental, vision, disability insurance is available after 90 days of employment, Paid Holidays, vacation also provided. Any other abilities or strengths are a plus.
Job Description
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Develop and maintain schedule for crews and maintain the dates and expectations that are on the schedule.
Inventory and ensure that all Field employees have the proper tools, training on tools, and safety gear to succeed at all times
Work with senior staff to maintain and grow the forward production while making sure the previous projects are 100% completed and proper paperwork is completed and turned in to the correct coordinators and staff.
Highly organized and detail orientated
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines which may Include working long and unusual hours.
