The pay for an aerial lineman with experience is $20/hr, $20+half for overtime, $20+half for on call evening shifts.
Qualifications
Experience with using all tools and working with fiber and copper cable. Clean record. CDL and bilingual a plus!
Job Description
We have plenty of repair work in the Houston area and have been around for 10+ years. This is not seasonal work. We work mostly repair (toredown cables, low cables etc) and some new construction. Lineman must be able to climb poles with ladder and bucket truck. Lift heavy tools and equipment and have the experience and knowledge of aerial utility work with fiber and copper cable. Other jobs will be in the repair department so we would need to rehang cable, delash, relash, place downguys, place anchors, trim trees, and quality aerial environments.
