Job Description
Overview
PRG Engineering - a division of Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a talented, experienced, and driven Drafter to join our Engineering team in the Miramar, FL area.
Responsibilities
Responsible for designing cable construction for commercial, residential, enterprise sites and Backbone OSP
Produce lateral design using RFOG infrastructure.
Build into RFOG design and EPON overlay.
Inspect and QC design work and invoices.
Develop Outside Plant Analyses on all cable projects.
Produce maps of OSP cabling.
Work nights and weekends as require.
Regular consistence attendance.
Qualifications
BS in Engineering is required
Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
Must have a basic understanding and working knowledge of OSP Engineering, Design and Construction.
Must have experience using Spatial Net and MicroStation
Understanding of FTTP, EPON, RFOG, RF design.
Minimum of 3 years of drafting experience is required.
Strong excel programming experience
