One Week depending on Response. We have ran this add prior but were given new areas last week to map in addition to the original towns

Qualifications
5 years experience doing as build mapping. Scale of maps is 1"-100 feet on 24x26" base maps with 0ver 90 percent of the parcel lines and addressing on the base maps. We have a detailed mapping manual as well and would plan on meeting and QC ing first work within days of starting.
Other Requirements
Need wheel, clipboard, template, 4 color ink pens, laser range finder such as Impulse brand or equivalent to be within one foot accuracy. No height measurements of poles are done, just noting make ready as seen from ground that is obvious.

As build mapping of older small town areas. Only doing as build mapping, noting all equipment with supplied abbreviations when there is a mix of equipment.
Not mapping any new build areas such as downtowns and such, just noting them such as a subdivision not served as potential new build areas. Service to apartments - MDU mapping stop at the hardline equipment such as tap - no survey of apartment splitters in MDU boxes.
Getting all existing phone and power risers ( just a note ) so as not to place a new power supply on pole when redesigned plant later on.
We have scanned examples of work already completed, manual, and general contract with pricing for those who send in their short resume with references and we discuss on phone afterwards.
