We are GRAYCO COMMUNICATIONS! We are currently searching for an Operations Manager to lead our expansion into the Atlanta - Comcast Market. The right candidate will have previous managerial experience and a proven track record of high performance. Additional Requirements: 3+ years of broadband cable experience, 2+ years of professional management experience or college degree, and a strong record of high performance in a customer focused industry.

Job Description
Work in collaboration with the Director, Human Resources; and Senior Executives to develop and implement strategies for a 100 -150 employee operation to achieve the desired business goals while maintaining & developing a skilled, highly motivated, informed, educated and diverse workforce.
Analyze operations and performance to assure operational efficiencies. Meet or exceed all performance metrics i.e. productivity, quality, OT, system performance, maintenance and all technical expectations.
Assist with strategy, development, and implementation of best practices to improve performance metrics. Manage, coach, and develop Technical Operations employees. Focus upon employee skill development and career growth. Lead, manage, coach, and develop technical operations supervisory staff. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
