ADCOMM Installations Inc., an affiliate of ACOMM Inc., provides all phases of telecommunications, build out, installations, repair and commissioning of equipment associated with Business, MDU and SFU applications.
Job Summary:
The Supervisor will be responsible for performing some training for new Adcomm Installations’ technicians. This positions may require travel throughout the United States based on growth potential of the organization. Individuals in this position will also supervise the day-to-day operations and job completion of assigned projects while providing communication to the Project Manager and crew members. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervising and lead technicians as determined by management.
Developing and promote a team atmosphere and ensuring the proper support is provided to each technician within the operation.
Maintain direct contact with management and the customer while maintaining professional relationships with the customer.
Manage workloads and routs to ensure proper efficiencies based on local market guidelines.
Reduce downtime to meet or exceed production goals.
Managing day-to-day operations for an assigned team and may run routs
Communicating with various members/local support staff to resolve issues and ensuring no technician is left out later than necessary.
Managing and investigating customer complaints and damage report issues. This includes:
Contacting the customer, responding to manager emails, completing necessary investigation paperwork, resolving issue; additionally, working with general contractor on repairs.
Organizing and maintaining all paperwork on complaints /damages.
Enforce company safety practices by completing random safety site inspections.
Any failed inspections must be reported to management.
Immediate training and corrective disciplinary action will need to be taken with the technician.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED certificate preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field, and minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required (Private Property and Easement).
Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
This position also requires good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Out of town travel may be required as well as on-call availability.
The successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience
Salary review at 90 days and annually
Assistance with Training needs and requirements for certifications
