TriWire Engineering Solutions, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Trainer / Quality Controller to join our team! The QC /Trainer is instrumental in the development and implementation of training for technicians, onsite inspections of new hire work methods and meeting contract quota per QA requirements. The QC/ Trainer will have direct responsibility for the training of newly hired technicians, including but not limited to, processing of all new hire paperwork and facilitation of training programs. Additionally, the QC/ Trainer will monitor technicians and assist with quality control checks on technicians’ work. to train to become cable technicians.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of cable experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to carry, climb, and maneuver an 80 pound, 28-foot extension ladder.
Exceptional time-management and attention to detail to complete all paperwork accurately and on-time.
All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Troubleshoot, problem solve multi-platform products and services installed by Tri Wire technicians.
Conduct daily QC checks on technicians post install.
Provide feedback to supervisors, managers for tech coaching opportunities.
Enter all QC information accurately into Cable Messenger/Client database.
Conduct classroom training of all new hires including but not limited to, HR policies and procedures, safety and technical orientation.
Assure the field training of all new technicians is conducted using the training manual, the field scorecard and the field training checklist.
Administer training assessments on trainees.
Perform other duties as requested by National Training Manager
