Pay Rate & Details

All positions are production based with guaranteed minimums. Current employees regularly make in excess of 6 figures a year with many making much more. Work also available for CA licensed and insured sub-contractors. Health, Dental and Vision.

Qualifications

Experience in any of the following areas. Aerial construction to include fiber and strand placement, make-ready, UG construction, conduit proofing, missiles, directional drilling, MDU re-wires, EMT and/or molding placement, coax splicing, Wi-Fi, system sweep and activation, node optimization, fiber splicing and testing. Entry level positions also available.

Other Requirements

Experienced applicants are expected to have their own hand tools however the company will provide hand tools and do payroll deduction. Company provides all major tools plus truck and fuel. All employees are W-2 employees however employees wishing to use their own truck, fuel, etc. have a higher compensation rate.

Job Description

Positions available for all aspects of CATV construction including:

Walk-out engineering for both aerial and underground OSP construction.

Aerial line work incl. pole transfers, make-ready, strand and cable placement.

Underground construction including trenching, asphalt & concrete restoration, directional drilling, conduit proofing and cable placement.

MDU & ISP construction including pre and post wires, EMT & molding placement, lockbox installation, ISP riser construction and Y-Cast.

Coax splicers to include passive and active splicing, activation and balance, node optimization and system sweep. Also Wi-Fi installations and provisioning.

Fiber Splicers - Must be experienced in OSP fiber splicing and testing. Experience performing mid-sheath splices a must. Ability to read and interpret cut-sheets as well as communicate effectively with head-end techs. Must have references that will attest to a high degree of proficiency.

Quality control inspectors. Compensation is DOE.
