ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Develop/train Broadband technicians; ensure that each technician knows how to perform each step of the installation, splicing process according to company standards.
· Identify best practices, techniques and processes and communicate to technicians in a professional manner.
· Plan and establish with manager work quantities and future work quota allocations; assign daily work to technicians, manage schedules and accurately review work orders for compl
