Qualifications
5 years minimum of verifiable experience in all aspects of telecom construction
Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
Pass background and drug screening
Job Description
Understanding of the following:
Quality of work
Safety of public and personnel
Importance of client relationships
Leadership skills and able to teach efficiency to new employees
An overall understanding of cost of operations
Work with clients and engineering to prevent and overcome problems
Have good understanding of equipment preventive maintenance
Able to read and understand staking sheets and permits
Maintain and manage an organized and efficient crew
Manage and supervise subcontractors
Keep records and redline projects
Delegate responsibilities
Address conflicts in a professional manner
Overall must operate according to safety standards, be efficient and productive, deliver unmatched quality to the client and manage a quality, respectful crew.
