Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual for this Project Coordinator position to work under limited supervision from the Project Administrator. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are needed and the ability to learn additional systems. Job responsibilities include answering all incoming calls, calling customers to request and arrange project work on all new work orders, setting up meetings with city inspectors, reconcile expense reports, and assorted projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this position.
