You must live local to the area or commute from a reasonable distance. You must have at least 10yrs experience in both aerial and UG construction. You will manage both UG, Clean Up Crews, Splicing. You will report to the Director of Operations whom will support you from day to day. You will have a Splicing Mgr

You will manage the operation from UG crews, splicing, managers that works under you and billing.
You will have in-house and subs working for you.
You must understand design, aerial and UG construction. Your ideas are valued so you must be able to communicate, understand and be driven. This is a fun job and I want to keep it that way. You will work directly under the Director of Operations.
