Qualifications
MUST HAVE: COAX SPLICING EXPERIENCE, NODE BALANCING/OPTIMIZATION EXPERIENCE, AMP/LE ACTIVES BALANCING EXPERIENCE, ABILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND SYSTEM DESIGN PRINTS, IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE DURING A CUTOVER AND ABILITY TO DESIGN ON THE FLY IF NEEDED.
Other Requirements
MUST PROVIDE BASIC HAND TOOLS, COAX SPLICING TOOLS, CLIMBING GEAR AND WORKING HEAD ON YOUR SHOULDERS. TRUCK, METERS AND SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a full time employee whom lives in or near the Fort Myers vicinity for our current ongoing node split project.
Applicant must be proficient with coax splicing, reading system design prints, node splicing with optimizations and balancing, active rebalancing, plant turn around, troubleshooting/identifying and resolving any plant issues that may occur during a node split and being able to design on the fly for both aerial and underground plant.

Position Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• MINIMUM 2 years of coax splicing with active balancing experience
• Current and valid driver's license
• Must pass a drug screen, DMV record and background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and safely handle a ladder
