Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. Class A CDL license required. Experience with placing conduit using Directional Bore Equipment.

Ability to lift and/or pull 100 lbs. several times each day. Ability to endure long periods of standing, sitting or walking, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching above the head several times per day. Ability to work full-time in an outdoor environment.

• Responsible for running crew efficiently within the safety guidelines.
• Plan daily crew work schedule.
• Responsible for the operation of Directional Bore Equipment.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and inspections to ensure working
order of equipment.
• Must be able to read design maps for CATV construction.
• Completion of daily work reports.
• Required knowledge of D.O.T. regulations for working in roadways.
• Responsible for insuring locates are called in and correct before
digging.
• Must understand standard cable construction while working within all
safety regulations.
• Must be able to make field decisions when necessary and be capable of
working with limited supervision.
• Able to take on and continue training new employees.
• Perform other related duties as required by the Supervisor.
• Must be able to interface with field personnel, outside professional
services, management, visitors and company personnel.
• Must understand and adhere to Federal and State OSHA regulations as
well as Company Safety Standards as written, briefed and posted.
• Travel is a requirement.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check
and MVR check.

You must be able to work beyond normal working hours of Monday through Friday including weekends as necessary.
