JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform installations for telephone, internet, digital cable and home security systems
Perform service changes for residential and commercial customers
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of equipment and product services in order to educate and answer customer questions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license with a minimum of 1 years driving experience
Good driving record
Clean criminal background (no misdemeanor or felony convictions)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including after hours and weekends
Strong customer service and communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be comfortable walking, crawling, bending and kneeling
Must be comfortable working outdoors and in small spaces (crawl space, attics)
Ability to lift at least 80lbs
Ability to handle a step/extension ladder at heights of up to 28 ft.
